Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using MorningZero (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

2. The Service

MorningZero connects to your email accounts to label, search, triage, and draft replies using AI. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to violate others' rights.
• Access mail accounts you are not authorized to access, or send spam.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or abuse the Service in ways that harm other users.

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Google/Gmail, Microsoft/Outlook, and AI providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

6. Plans, billing, and refunds

MorningZero offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (such as Pro and Team). Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, as you select — through a third-party payment processor. A paid plan may start with a free trial; if you provide a payment method for a trial, it converts to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices on notice, with changes taking effect on your next billing period.

7. Your content

You retain all rights to your email and other content. You grant us a limited license to access, process, and store that content solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Serveka and its licensors. These terms grant you no rights to our intellectual property except the right to use the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or sending it. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serveka will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required to protect the Service or other users.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Serveka is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the Service.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
