Between the two of us we ran six mailboxes. A company account, a personal one, an old Workspace that clients still wrote to, a side project, and two we'd rather not have had.

Every morning was a loop through all of them to find the two or three messages that needed an answer.

The tools that promised to fix it either merged accounts and stopped there, or added an AI that decided things and wouldn't say why. So we built the one we wanted.

So: one list for every mailbox, every message read as it lands, a reason on each row you can argue with, and a Send button that only you press.

The company

Serveka Technologies is registered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. That's the name on the CSA STAR registry entry, on Microsoft's publisher verification, and on the invoices.

MorningZero is the product. Serveka Technologies is the company behind it.

What we hold ourselves to

Nothing sends itself: not a rule, not the assistant, not a draft. Every path ends in a Send button and you press it. That's the promise we'd least like to be caught breaking.

Every verdict comes with a reason on the row, in plain words, and you can correct it with a scope. There are no credits on a paid plan; you pay for mailboxes, not for messages classified.

And we say what a thing won't do. Every feature page has a section with that heading, and every comparison opens with who should pick the other product.

We also try to show the record. The security page says which attestations were checked by someone else and which is our own self-assessment. When a deleted message broke our live Gmail sync for eleven days in the summer of 2026, we wrote it up, including the part where we didn't notice.

What we won't build

An autopilot. A shared team inbox is on the roadmap because it's a real need. An agent that sends your mail isn't, because it removes the review step that makes the rest trustworthy.

Serveka Technologies, a company registered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, founded by Rajendra Prajapat and Manisha Prajapat. The CSA STAR registry lists Serveka Technologies with MorningZero as the service.

How big is the team?

Two founders. That's the whole company.

What's on the roadmap?

An iOS app. SOC 2 Type II and CSA STAR Level 2 attestations. Team tooling for shared mailboxes. Calendars for IMAP providers. No dates on any of them.
