IMAP covers iCloud, Fastmail, Yahoo, AOL, GMX, Web.de, Zoho, Yandex and Mail.com, with an app password; the connect guides walk through the main ones. A custom or self-hosted IMAP server isn’t self-serve; Enterprise customers can ask us to evaluate one.

Do you charge per inbox?
Not for the first 5. Solo is $19 a month for 5 mailboxes and Stack is $29 for 15. Past that, each extra mailbox is $3 a month with no ceiling, and from 20 it's worth asking us for a volume rate.
What's the difference between Solo and Stack?
How many mailboxes are included, and priority support on Stack. Every feature is the same on both. There's nothing you unlock by paying more.
What happens when the trial ends?
The trial takes no card, so nothing can be charged. If you don't pick a plan, your mailboxes stay connected and every message stays readable and searchable; the AI stops. Nothing in your mail provider is moved or deleted because a trial ended.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Moving between Solo and Stack, or between monthly and yearly, is done from the billing page in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
Will it ever send an email without me?
No. Zero drafts; you press Send. Rules can label, archive, notify or draft, never send. There is no auto-send setting to switch on by mistake.
Do you read or keep my email?
No email bodies are kept on our servers. We store headers, a short preview, Zero's tags and the search index built from them. The body is fetched from your provider when you open a message and held encrypted for about ten minutes. Attachments stay with your provider. Your mail is never used to train any model.
Will it change my Gmail labels or Outlook folders?
Two things, and only when you act. Marking a thread Done or Not for me adds a MorningZero/Done or MorningZero/Not for me label at your provider, and archives it there if you chose that at setup. Copying Zero's other tags into Gmail or Outlook is a separate switch per mailbox, off by default.
Does my Workspace or Microsoft 365 admin need to approve it?
Personal accounts never do. Many Workspace and Microsoft 365 organisations block third-party apps until an admin approves them, and the consent screen tells you if yours does. Our Gmail and Outlook connect guides have a note to send your admin. MorningZero is CASA-assessed and a Microsoft verified publisher, which is what most admins check.
Which mailboxes work? My own domain?
Gmail, Workspace, Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 by sign-in. iCloud, Fastmail, Yahoo, AOL, GMX, Web.de, Zoho, Yandex and Mail.com by app password. Your own domain works through Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 sign-in, or over IMAP on Fastmail, iCloud+, Zoho and Yandex 360.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. The web app works in Safari on iPhone and iPad, and you can add it to your Home Screen. Android has its own app, and there are desktop apps for macOS, Windows and Linux.
Is the AI metered?
Reading and tagging every email is included at any volume on paid plans, no fixed quota, under the Fair Use Policy. The trial carries 4,000 credits, enough to judge it on your real mail.
