Gmail · Outlook · Microsoft 365 · IMAP
Every inbox you own, sorted by morning.
One unified inbox for every Gmail, Outlook and IMAP account you own, behind one login. Zero reads each email as it lands, tells you which ones need you, and shows its reasons. Nothing sends itself.
Why this is up here
- Ana asked you a direct question and named a deadline
- You replied to Ana within a day, 9 of the last 10 times
- Sent to a group of 4, not only you
Works with every mailbox you already have
How it works
Connect once, and tomorrow’s mail arrives already sorted.
Your mail never moves. MorningZero sits over the mailboxes you already have, and today’s mail is sorted about a minute after you connect.
Connect your mailboxes
Sign in with Google or Microsoft, or add an app password for iCloud, Fastmail and friends. One MorningZero login from then on, on every device.
Zero sorts every message
Today's mail is triaged in about a minute; the rest fills in behind you. Each email gets a tag and a reason. Correct one and Zero learns.
You reply. That's all.
Needs you holds everything that wants your attention. A reply arrow marks the threads waiting on an answer, an eye the ones you only need to read. Switch on auto-drafts and the replies arrive ready to edit. Everything else stays filed.
Why one list
Five inboxes cost you twice: the hours spent switching, and the email you miss.
A morning today
With MorningZero
Eight inboxes and 200 emails a day: one list instead of a round of every inbox, and no opening mail a machine sent. The five-inbox, 100-email morning above saves about an hour.
Our estimate89 percent of the mail MorningZero sorted, 90 percent in Yahoo's research. Only 1.39 percent needed a reply. Zero files the machine mail so you never open it.
Measured 20 Sep 2026, and outside research · Grbovic et al., CIKM 201473 percent lost one in a crowded inbox and 75 percent lost one to spam. Here a reply you owe stays flagged until you send it, and spam that looks like it matters is shown to you instead of staying hidden.
Survey of 1,125 US adults, 2024 · EmailToolTester4+ hours: eight inboxes checked six times a day at 45 seconds a check, and 200 emails at 8 seconds each, over five days. About an hour: five inboxes checked four times at 20 seconds, and 100 emails at 5 seconds.
Three ways to read
Pick how your morning looks. Switch when the day changes.
Same mail and the same tags in three layouts. You pick one on first run and can switch whenever you like.
Everything, newest first. The familiar one.
List
Everything, newest first. The familiar one.
Every account in one chronology, each row tagged with the inbox it came from. Two tabs instead of a wall: Needs you and Other. Add any of your labels as its own split, like Money or a client, and it sits beside them.
Every row carries a small ?. Hover it and Zero tells you, in plain words, why that email is where it is.
Focused
One thing at a time, with what's next named underneath.
One email fills the screen with a one-line summary and five actions. R reply, E done, S reply later. You watch the count go down. Nothing else competes.
Below, the next five, so you always know what's coming and can skip ahead.
Lease renewal attached — needs your signature this week
Hi, the renewal for 14 Marlowe St is attached. Same terms, rent unchanged for 12 months.
Asks for a signed copy by Friday. No changes from last year's lease.
Minimal
Today in full. Older stays out of the way.
Only today, only what needs you. Everything older folds under a single line until you ask for it. The quiet view for a heavy week.
Other stays one tap away, with a line at the top: anything that should have reached you, say so, and it will next time.
Kept out of your way. Anything here that should have reached you — say so, and it will next time.
An AI that shows its work
No black box. Every tag comes with a reason you can argue with.
Most AI inboxes give you a score you can't question. Zero gives you the reasons, for and against, in plain words. Disagree once and it learns exactly as widely as you tell it: this thread, this sender, this whole domain, or any phrase you type.
Hover any row. Two short lists: what pushed it up, what pulled it down. No numbers to decode.
Promote with a scope. Zero applies it from the next email on, and tells you what changed.
The strongest signal you can send. That sender stays out of your way until you say otherwise.

Ask Zero
Ask your mail a question, and see which emails the answer came from.
Zero searches your real mail, live, across every connected inbox. It shows each search it ran and links every email it read, so you can check the answer yourself.
“Did I ever reply to the landlord about the lease?” “Pull every invoice from Q2.” “Which account is my Figma login on?”
The emails behind the answer sit right under it. Tap one and you are in the thread.
It can read a thread, open an attachment and draft a reply. Sending waits for you.
Want a draft reply confirming you'll sign by Friday?
The system
Built around the mail you actually get, not a fresh coat of paint on one account.
Write with Zero, send as you
Pick which mailbox sends. Let Zero draft, or hand it a rough paragraph and choose a rewrite. Switch on Learn my tone and drafts follow how you write in that inbox. They wait until you press Send.
Snooze like you talk
“Next Monday morning.” “In three hours.” The thread leaves and comes back then. Every send has ten seconds to undo, and a Focus reply can wait until 6:00 the next morning.
Sweeps: years of clutter, minutes to clear
Senders you never open, grouped across every inbox by volume, with how many you opened. Unsubscribe from all of them in one pass, then archive or trash the backlog.
Rules in plain language
“Label anything from a recruiter as Hiring.” Zero turns it into conditions where it can, uses AI only where it must, and previews the matches before you save. An audit view lists what each rule archived or ignored.
Calendar beside your mail
Month, week, day and agenda from every connected Google and Microsoft account. Create events and answer invites without leaving the inbox.
Keyboard first
Every shortcut is listed under ?, and you can change the keys in Settings. ⌘K for anything, ⌘J for Zero, / to search, G then a key to go. Backspace goes back, everywhere.
Why not just…
Five inboxes for less than most apps charge for one.

Everywhere you read mail
One login. Every device. Works on a plane.
Connect once. Every inbox is already there on your next laptop or phone. The desktop app keeps a local copy, so reading and search work offline, and anything you do in the air goes out when you land.
Security and trust
Your mail is the most private thing you own, so we keep as little of it as we can.
We hold your mail the way we'd want ours held: the minimum, encrypted, never sold, never trained on, gone when you say.
We ask your provider for
- Read and label mail
- Send, only when you press Send
- Calendar, if you use it
Never
- Your Google or Microsoft password
- Contacts, Drive, Photos
- Any access after you disconnect
No email bodies on our servers
We keep headers, a short preview, Zero's tags and the search index built from them. The body is read from your provider when you open a message and cached, encrypted, for about ten minutes. Attachments stay with your provider. The desktop app keeps the last month on your own machine so it works offline.
No Google or Microsoft password
Gmail and Microsoft connect through their own consent screens, and you can revoke either grant there at any time. IMAP providers use an app password you create for us alone, stored encrypted.
Encrypted at rest and in transit
Access tokens, IMAP app passwords and queued sends are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Every connection to us, and from us to your provider, is TLS.
Never used to train AI
Your mail is processed on model tiers where training is off by contract. It is never used to improve anyone's model, including ours.
What we write to your mailbox
Done and Not for me add a MorningZero label at your provider, so your decision shows in Gmail or Outlook too. Copying Zero's other tags there is a separate switch per mailbox, off by default. Everything a rule archives or ignores is listed in an audit view.
Delete means delete
Disconnect a mailbox and its messages, labels, rules, drafts, chats and learning data are deleted in one step, with the token or app password we held. For Google we also revoke the grant at Google. Delete your account and it all goes.
Independently verified
What has been checked, and by whom.

Who’s behind it
Two founders, one inbox problem we couldn’t stop having.
MorningZero started because between the two of us we ran six mailboxes across Gmail, Outlook and IMAP, and every “unified” app we tried was really one account at a time with a tab strip. We built the thing we wanted: one list for every mailbox, sorted before we wake up, that tells us why each email is there.
We’re a small, independent team. The people who designed the security model are the same people answering your support email, and we’d rather earn trust slowly than spend it fast.

Questions
Questions people ask before connecting a mailbox.
Anything else, write to support@morningzero.com. A founder replies.
Will it ever send an email without me?
No. Zero drafts; you press Send. Rules can label, archive, notify or draft, never send. There is no auto-send setting to switch on by mistake.
Do you read or keep my email?
No email bodies are kept on our servers. We store headers, a short preview, Zero's tags and the search index built from them. The body is fetched from your provider when you open a message and held encrypted for about ten minutes. Attachments stay with your provider. Your mail is never used to train any model.
Will it change my Gmail labels or Outlook folders?
Two things, and only when you act. Marking a thread Done or Not for me adds a MorningZero/Done or MorningZero/Not for me label at your provider, and archives it there if you chose that at setup. Copying Zero's other tags into Gmail or Outlook is a separate switch per mailbox, off by default.
Does my Workspace or Microsoft 365 admin need to approve it?
Personal accounts never do. Many Workspace and Microsoft 365 organisations block third-party apps until an admin approves them, and the consent screen tells you if yours does. Our Gmail and Outlook connect guides have a note to send your admin. MorningZero is CASA-assessed and a Microsoft verified publisher, which is what most admins check.
Which mailboxes work? My own domain?
Gmail, Workspace, Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 by sign-in. iCloud, Fastmail, Yahoo, AOL, GMX, Web.de, Zoho, Yandex and Mail.com by app password. Your own domain works through Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 sign-in, or over IMAP on Fastmail, iCloud+, Zoho and Yandex 360.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. The web app works in Safari on iPhone and iPad, and you can add it to your Home Screen. Android has its own app, and there are desktop apps for macOS, Windows and Linux.
Is the AI metered?
Reading and tagging every email is included at any volume on paid plans, no fixed quota, under the Fair Use Policy. The trial carries 4,000 credits, enough to judge it on your real mail.
Do you sign a Data Processing Agreement?
Yes, for Enterprise customers, on request. Write to support@morningzero.com with your company name.
Tomorrow morning
Zero threads waiting on you, across every inbox you own.
Connect the accounts you actually use and watch the first triage land about a minute later.
